Vacurim Enterprise Co. provides digital infrastructure tools, network security consulting, and connectivity services. These terms apply to all users of vacurim.com and related services.

2. Services

We offer server hardening, secure tunnel configuration, infrastructure review, monitoring setup, research tools, and connectivity infrastructure. All services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or specific outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when contacting us. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding their use of our services. We do not monitor or control how users configure or deploy tools after delivery.

4. Payments

Custom quotes are provided after assessment. Payment is due before work begins for new clients. Recurring services are billed monthly. Refunds are at our discretion and depend on work completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from service use, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or security breaches. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All tools, configurations, and documentation remain our property unless explicitly transferred. Custom configurations for clients are licensed for their use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 14 days notice. We may terminate immediately for abuse, illegal use, or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Georgia unless both parties agree otherwise.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Waitlist entries are retained until the user requests deletion or the service launches. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
